My volunteer experience at Mafraq Hosptial

I loved volunteering at Mafra Hospital. Getting out of my usual routine and  being exposed to a different scene was refreshing and being in such a caring environment was very humbling. I was given the opportunity to play with kids, and it was nice to see that even as they were fighting their health battles they still had the strength to smile. The whole experience was an eye-opener and makes you question yourself on how you’re spending your free time and your purpose in the world…
