Assisted a Class of Children with Special Needs

My visit to the Special Care Center was indeed a special experience, one I am so glad I made. Everything about the brief time I spent was inspirational, especially the children. Despite the immense challenges these kids face, it was clear to see just how happy they were to be in the school and in such a caring environment. In the end, isn’t that what we all desire?

The teachers demonstrated a sense of concern and commitment that was inspirational.

I originally planned to make this visit a one-time event, but based on my experience I will be there every month once school begins again.
Most people consider volunteering as a way of giving, but on Tuesday I received much more than I gave.
